Guidelines on how to fill FAP Form using Epicollect5

First, you must download and install the app Epicollect5 from:

Login with your Gmail account.

Navigate to 'Add Project'.

Search for '2024 MBBS KMMC Muttom Family Adoption Programme'.

Select the project (mentioned above).

Navigate to 'Add Entry'.

Start filling the Form as per instructions provided in class. Internet connectivity is not required for this step.

Submit the form once it is filled.

Upload the same to the site once you have internet connectivity.
